3 Mint Mix Essential Oil

This 3 Mint-Mix Essential Oil is a perfectly balanced combination of peppermint, spearmint and field mint results in the incomparable, fresh and sweet scent of this oil mixture.

Applications:

Promotes concentration and increase of attentions.

Directions:

• Fragrance lamp: Put about 2 drops of oil in the water container of the fragrance lamp or the fragrance diffuser.
• Sauna infusion: Put about 3-5 drops of 3-Mint-Mix in one liter of infusion water. Use the finished infusion as usual during the sauna session. Always dilute the oil with water first and never put it directly on the hot stones!
• Bath additive: Add approx. 10-20 drops to the bath water for a full bath. An emulsifier such as some milk, cream or honey should also be added so that the oil is better distributed in the bath water.
• Massage: Add a few drops of 3 Mint Mix to a massage product.
